Sergey Alexandrovich Lavrentiev.
Head master of rnational and Russian programs.the inteHe is the leading Russian cinematologist and a film critic. He was born on August, 9th, 1954 in Orel. In 1982 he graduated from VGIK (All-Union State Institute of cinematography), the faculty of cinematology (his masters were E.Surkov and L.Mamatova). Then he worked in a movie-house “Illusion”; he was a scientific employee for VNIIK (nowadays NIIK); later - the editor-adviser for a TV-channel “Ostankino”; then - the editor-in-chief for a distributor-firm “Skip-film”; the editor-adviser for film-display service of “TV-6” corporation. After that he worked as a compere and an adviser of a program “Parade of festivals”; he was the co-author of the script and a compere of a program “Film-marathon”. He is a well-known historian of cinema, an expert on foreign cinema, program director of the Russian film festivals (“Kinotaur” and “Faces of Love”), a member of Academy of Cinema Arts “Nika”, and a judge of numerous foreign film festivals.

Galina Evgenievna Dolmatovskaya.
The Director of the documentary cinema program. The Doctor of study of art,
the Winner of the premium of Moscow.She graduated from the Moscow State University, the faculty of journalism. She also worked in the “Literaturnaya gazeta” (“Literary newspaper”). Since 1974 she has been working as the Head of the department of documentary cinema in the Scientific Research Institute of Cinematographic Art. She is the author of the books about home and foreign cinema. While shooting her documentary films she uses only cinefilm. Among her works there are such pictures as “In a lane Trehprudny go”, “Matchmaker”, “To the faraway land”, “Address of a cinema is Krasnogorsk”, “Ivan Mozzhukhin, or the Child of a Carnival”, “Duty”, “Woman on the Mausoleum”, “" Ilf – the double exposition”, “S.B. Soldier’s beloved”, “Notes to the past”, “Without an interval”. They were shown in many cinemas of our country and also took part in a number of foreign film festivals. The latter two films had been presented on the film festivals “Zerkalo”. The premier of a new film “The Serebryakovs. French etudes” will take place at the III International Film Festival.

Evlyukhin Nikolai Mikhailovich.
Director of film-showings.He has higher education: he graduated from VGIK, Economic faculty, his speciality is economics of cinema and TV. Since 1970 up to 1982 he had been working at a film studio “Soyuzmultfilm” as a mechanic of precision equipment, a deputy director, and a director of a film). Filmography: he took part in a creation of 25 cartoons: “Dog in Boots”, “Maria, Mirabella” (full-length film), “A Girl and a Bear”, “Swans of Nepryadva”, “What a pity-pity cat!” (“Chuchelo-myauchelo”), “Mister Pronka” (as a producer), “Paradoxes in rock style”, etc. Years 19821985: deputy director of a studio “Diafilm” (“Diapositive”). Years 1985-2006: manager of film-showing and film programs service of Moscow International Film festival. Years 1992-1995: director of the Open Company “Inkino”. Since 1995 - Head of the department of film-showing of GDMK “Interfest” of Goskino of the Russian Federation. He worked as a director of film-showing service on such film festivals as: " Golden Dyuk” (“Zolotoy Dyuk”), “Kinotavr”, “Faces of love”. At present he works at such festivals as “Kino-Yalta”, “Tomorrow”, “Zerkalo”, “Spirit of the fire”, “East - West”.

Kotlova Tatyana Borisovna.
Chief of the Department of culture and a cultural heritage of the Ivanovo region.Kotlova Tatyana Borisovna was born on June, 11, 1955. In 1972 she entered the Ivanovo State University, the faculty of History. After graduation she worked as an assistant of a secretary of Komsomol committee of the University, and then a secretary of Komsomol Committee of Oktyabrsky district in Ivanovo. In the years 1979-1981 she studied at the Higher Komsomol School of a Central Committee of Young Communist League. Then she was placed on a job in the Novosibirsk region where she worked as an instructor in regional Komsomol committee, and then in Chulymsk district committee of the CPSU. In 1985 she began to work on a faculty of history of the CPSU of the Ivanovo Energetic Institute. After post-graduate study in 1991 she defended her candidate’s dissertation, and in 2003 – doctoral dissertation. She is the author of two monographs and more than 70 publications. Since January, 2006 she has been working as a chief of the Department of culture and a cultural heritage of the Ivanovo region.

Sviyazova Nadezhda Mikhailovna.
Deputy chief of the Department of culture and a cultural heritage of the Ivanovo region.Sviyazova Nadezhda Mikhailovna was born on May, 21, 1954. In 1976 she graduated from philological faculty of the Ivanovo State University; in 1999 she graduated from the Northwest Academy of Public Service at the President of the Russian Federation, speciality “Public and municipal administration”. She worked as a chief in a cultural department of Palace of Culture of textile workers; an instructor of a district committee of the CPSU; a senior inspector of art department of the Ivanovo Administration of Culture of Ivanovo executive committee; a director of the Ivanovo regional Drama theatre; a key specialist of a social administration department; then as a main specialist of a department of government assistance and development of tourism of the Ivanovo region Administration; a director of the Ivanovo branch of the Russian Fund of culture. She was conferred a decoration “For successes achieved in culture”. Since March, 2006 she has been working as a deputy chief of the Department of culture and a cultural heritage of the Ivanovo region.
