The film also won the prize “New Star – for the Best Debut ” and the prize for the Best Male Debut on the IFF «Sozvezdie-2008». The film got a prize to the Best Director of the festival «Amurskaya Osen’».
«TSAR» - the film was in the program  “Un Certain Regard” of the Cannes Film Festival (2009).
