As it was reported on the session of the organizing committee devoted to the preparation for the festival, Kim Dong Ho – the president and the director general of the Busan International Film Festival (South Korea) – will be the Chairman of the Jury of the IV International Film Festival “Zerkalo” named after Andrei Tarkovsky.

The Jury is still forming now – told Sergey Lavrentiev, the Head of the Festival Programs and Festival Competitions. The cameraman from the USA Tom Stern («Tsar» , «Changeling», «Million Dollar Baby», «Faubourg 36» etc.), the film scientist from Bulgaria and the Head of Bulgarian Film Institute Alexander Yanakiev, and some other persons are invited to be the members of the Jury.

More than 10 films from Korea, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Iran, Iceland, Finland, Italy, Russia, Tajikistan, and Georgia will be shown within the limits of the international competition of fiction films during the IV IFF “Zerkalo”. “Nearly all of the films will be premières for Russia” – underlined Sergey Lavrentiev on the session of the organizing committee. Films from Iran and Romania will participate in the festival “Zerkalo” for the first time.
