Special screening of the film of People’s Artist of Russia Sergei Soloviov will take place on the IV IFF “Zerkalo”. As in the past year, Sergei Soloviov will be a Guest of Honour of the Film Festival. He will present his new film on May, 28 at 8.30 P.M. in a movie center “Lodz”.

The drama «Classmates» is a story of a love triangle that happened three years after school.  As Sergei Soloviov said, he tried to depict a new generation of young people that didn’t want to possess steelworks, but just wanted to live and tried to be happy. The director identified such genre as “slightly clever cinema”.

Not widely known actors yet, Sonya Karpunina, Aristarkh Venes, and Konstantin Kryukov played the main parts. The idea of the film belongs to Sonya Karpunina – the student of Sergei Soloviov. Being her senior tutor, Soloviov started developing the project and offered her to play the main part. As Sonya said, the events of her own life had been casted the script of the film.
