Investtradebank

Investtradebank (ITB) is a universal commercial bank, having a diversified client base of enterprises and organizations with different property forms, representing a wide range of economic sectors.

According to the National Rating Agency, ITB was the first among the TOP 20 Russian banks with the highest increase in the shareholders’ equity in 2008. The Bank occupies the 8th position in the rating of the largest banks by the volume of loans, extended to small and medium-sized businesses in 2009 (RBC Agency). According to the same RBC Agency, the Bank is the 33rd in the rating of the largest Russian banks by deposits of individuals as at the end of 2009. The Bank belongs to the TOP 40 of the most reliable Russian commercial banks, according to the “Profile” Journal Rating, and is the 45th among the largest Russian financial credit organizations by capital.

Starting from 2004, the Bank holds the Moody’s Interfax Rating Agency rating. In July 2009 the Moody’s Agency left the ratings of the OJSC “Investtradebank” unchanged as well as its rating trends: the Bank’s financial sustainability rating (BFSR) - at the level of E+; the long-term and short-term ratings for deposits in national and foreign currency – at the level of B2 and NP (Not-Prime) correspondingly; the national long-term credit (national scale) rating (NSR) – at the level of A3.ru; trends for all the ratings are stable. Also in July 2009 the National Rating Agency assigned its individual credit solvency rating to ITB at the level of A+ (high business solvency, the first level).

Since January 2003 the Bank has been an associated member of the international payment system Visa International and since April 2007 – an affiliated member of the international payment system MasterCard WorldWide. Since 2005 the OJSC “Investtradebank” has been a member of the Compulsory Deposit Insurance System.

Since December 2004 the Bank has been a member of the Association of Russian Banks, since July 2007 – a member of the Association of Regional Banks “Russia”.

Investtradebank is an authorized bank of the Moscow Government. In 2006 the Bank was accredited and is actively working with the Fund for Support to Lending of Small Business of Moscow.

Investtradebank is a dynamically developing Russian bank, distinguishing itself by a highly professional corporate team, a successful strategy for regional expansion and a smoothly running own staff training system. In the nearest future the Bank is planning to enter into the TOP 30 largest Russian banks.
